They contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. If you do not understand any term, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with your reservation.

Reservation:
By completing a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below. You also confirm your legal capacity to accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your co-passengers. Completion of the reservation obligates you to settle any outstanding payments, inform Move Transfers of any changes or cancellations, and notify all traveling companions of their reservation details. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot proceed with a reservation through our website.
Services:
To request and contract transportation services, follow the relevant reservation process on our website. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transportation. We reserve the right to refuse any transportation request. We do not guarantee the fulfillment of every transportation request. In case of refusal, you will be informed via email, and any payments made will be refunded, or an alternative service may be offered. Your reservation forms a direct contract between you and Move Transfers.
Reservation Process:
It is crucial to ensure that all provided details (names, addresses, phone numbers, dates, times, etc.) are correct. If any details are incorrect, contact us immediately. Move Transfers will use the information to collect you and transport you to your destination as close as possible to your accommodation, considering vehicle characteristics and physical access conditions.
Due to potential restrictions like infrastructure works or traffic conditions, door-to-door boarding/disembarking may not be feasible. In such cases, the vehicle will stop at the nearest accessible point. If the shortest route is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, and our driver follows a longer route upon request, additional costs may arise.
You confirm that the credit or debit card used is yours and has sufficient funds. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment cannot be made. Upon successful payment, you will receive a receipt and confirmation via email. The payment receipt is not a confirmation of your reservation but confirms that your request is being processed. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, which constitutes the official contract. Present this form to the driver at the start of your journey. Without it, transport may be refused. You will also receive a service provision receipt within 24 hours of your transport.
Check that all transportation details in the reservation form are correct. Inform us immediately if there are any errors.
Transportation Costs and Payment:
Details of prices, payment procedures, and delivery are displayed on our website. The applicable price for each service is the price displayed at the time of reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, E-Banking.The accepted cards are specified on the reservation form. Card issuers’ transfer fees are borne by you.
All prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Special Requests:
Inform us of any special requests (child seats, extra luggage space, etc.) at the time of booking. While we try to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee availability and have no liability if they are not met. If special requests cannot be met, any additional amount paid will be refunded.
Reservation Modifications – General Information:
Requested changes to your reservation must be sent in writing to info@movetransfers.gr. Modifications are subject to approval, with confirmation sent to your provided email. Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer.
If a change results in increased costs (different destination, vehicle size, etc.), you will be informed of the additional cost and payment method. If the change results in a decreased total amount, the difference will be refunded at least 24 hours before the transfer.
Modifications must be made via email up to 24 hours before the booking. If your flight is delayed or changes, inform us immediately. Our driver will wait up to 60 minutes at the meeting point. If delayed beyond 60 minutes, additional charges may apply. If no contact is made after 60 minutes, the transfer is canceled with no refund.
If the meeting point is not the airport, we wait up to 20 minutes. If no contact is made after 20 minutes, the reservation is canceled with no refund.
If the driver cannot be located, contact Move Transfers immediately. Failure to do so results in cancellation with no refund.
Vehicle type is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the vehicle (to the same or higher category) to complete your transfer.
We and our drivers reserve the right to refuse transport to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat. No refunds are issued in such cases.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles. Smoking is allowed only with driver permission. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport and third-party claims as required by local law. However, luggage is carried at your own risk, and no liability is accepted for loss or damage.
Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the transfer. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the transfer are not refunded. If canceled 24 hours before, the full amount is refunded using the original payment method. Bank transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Liability:
Move Transfers is responsible only for claims arising solely from our negligence. Our maximum liability is twice the cost of your reservation.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, weather, government actions, etc.).
Passenger Responsibilities:
By entering this agreement, you declare legal age and mental faculties to comply with all legal responsibilities. Inform Move Transfers of any changes affecting your service. Ensure the credit or debit cards used belong to you and have sufficient funds. Ensure all provided details are correct and inform us of any discrepancies at least 24 hours before the transfer. Travel with your booking form; the service may not be carried out without it. If your flight is diverted, contact us for assistance with alternative arrangements, though we are not obliged to cover the costs. Update contact information if it changes. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure. Ensure the transfer service is scheduled to meet your travel requirements.
Transfer Issues:
Report any transfer issues using the numbers listed on our website or booking form. Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate and your rights under the contract. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@movetransfers.gr within 15 days of the transfer.
Children and Individuals with Special Needs:
Indicate if you are traveling with children during the reservation process. We recommend using your own child safety system. If you prefer not to, request one from us at booking. Approval depends on availability. If unavailable, you will be compensated for the additional cost incurred. A child or infant counts as a regular passenger. Specify special needs during the reservation and ensure the vehicle is suitable. You must be able to enter the vehicle independently or with assistance.
Luggage:
Each passenger can carry one suitcase (max combined size of 150cm) and carry-on items. Excess baggage must be declared during the reservation. You are responsible for additional expenses if supplementary vehicles are needed. Comply with local laws; do not transport prohibited items or pets without declaration. Undeclared pets may result in refused transportation without a refund.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property rights on our website belong to Move Transfers and are protected by law. Unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction is prohibited.
Personal Data:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. Contact us for a copy or refer to our website. We may retain data provided during an incomplete registration/transaction for communication purposes. We cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues or viruses on our website. In case of errors, reservations may be canceled and refunded.
